Has this only to be installed on the primary site? (We habe 1 Primary, two Secondary)
There is no option to upgrade secondary sites.

    1. Hi Andreas

That’s a good question and I’ll answer it in two parts.
      1. This specific hotfix (KB4042345) is not needed on secondary sites.
      2. For hotfixes (not the big Update packs like 1702, 1706) we currently don’t have a way to automatically update secondary sites. So you won’t see that option for any hotfix. If a hotfix is applicable to secondary sites, we will add some manual instructions to the KB article about how to get the hotfix installed on the secondary site. KB4036267 for example has those instructions https://support.microsoft.com/help/4036267.

I hope this helps to clarify.
      -Yvette
