Now Available: February 2015 anti-malware platform update for Endpoint Protection Clients

Microsoft has a new anti-malware platform update package available for the following clients:

- Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager Endpoint Protection clients
- System Center 2012 Endpoint Protection Service Pack 1 (SP1) clients
- Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010 clients

These packages update Endpoint Protection client services, drivers and UI components.

    Well this update breaks my possibility to download anything – : "xxxxxx.xxx contained a virus and was deleted" ()

    even from our internal sharepoint

    Workaround at the Moment is to uninstall the actuall scep Client and install an older Version ( with older engine than Antimalware-Clientversion: 4.7.205.0)

    Please continue to offer separate hot-fix downloads instead of Microsoft Update (or including in later CU updates as the new CU4 is only just getting the October anti-malware update). Laziness isn’t an excuse/option on your part and since it is going on
    MU anyways it really isn’t that difficult to wrap it in an executable.
