Yes, there is a way. Run notesmig.exe>logfile.txt from a command prompt to log information about the migration process and status in the associated log file.

The new tools will be available along with RTM of the 2007 products.

Does MIIS support for the Lotus Domino/Notes Management Agent?

MISS 2003 Sp1 supports Domino R 5.x and R 6.x, version 7.x is targeted for MIIS 2003 Sp2 next year at some point.
