Symptoms

When viewing a System Center Operations Manager 2007 or System Center Essentials 2007 report and then using the Print Preview option, the displayed report has a black background which obscures the report details

Cause
=============================
An issue affecting Microsoft SQL Service Reporting Services with SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 which is described in the Knowledge base article https://support.microsoft.com/kb/935436

Resolution
=============================
To resolve the problem install the SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 cumulative update package (build 3161) https://support.microsoft.com/kb/935356/  or later.
