The SMS 2003 MP has been updated and is available from https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=bdca74ee-d493-4f68-bddd-ac7ee38d8745&DisplayLang=en

The MP is now sealed due to required changes in the Backwards compatibility MP (a requirement for installation, see https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=655cdd06-861e-4342-99b2-8a81e09f6546&DisplayLang=en)
