SC Operations Manager 2007 RC2 is now available from the Microsoft connect site https://connect.microsoft.com/default.aspx

Please make sure you read the release notes and especially the RC1 Uninstall Steps.doc if you will be installing on a system already running RC1. Upgrading from RC1 to RC2 is not supported.
