The Microsoft Availability Reporting Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 has/ or is in the process of been removed from the download site (https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=8a61d369-b785-4550-bde8-84e734ec5e40&DisplayLang=en) pending an update.

There are a number of issues which we would like to correct. Primarily https://support.microsoft.com/?id=914989 (The Availability Reporting Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 does not generate reports after you implement the Management Pack Guide section "How to Add Computer Groups to a Rule Group" ), which has been a cause of frustration.

Other issues we hope to address :

https://support.microsoft.com/?id=918711 (Error message when you try to install the Availability Reporting Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 Service Pack 1: "Error: -2147217900: failed to execute SQL string")

https://support.microsoft.com/?id=913278 (Error message in the MOM 2005 Web console: "Value was either too large or too small for an Int32")

Another issue which has recently come to light is the failure of some operating system types, notably Windows 2000 Servers, to appear on reports. This is currently under investigation.

An updated version of this management pack will be posted when we a comfortable in the knowledge we have these issues addressed. Apologies for the inconvenience.
