Orb                      https://www.orb.com/   Remote access to your digital media

IDM                  https://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/  Internet Download Manager, handles downloads

There may be better tools out there, but these are the ones I like and use, please exercise the proper caution before downloading and using any content from the internet
