What Does Microsoft Advise?

There's a really great article on the Microsoft Advisor website (you need a Windows Live account to sign in) which is all around Innovation.  From finding inspiration from outside of your natural circle of interest through to dealing with the fear of failure, it's a great two minute read.

Whilst there, you could also check out the link to the IT Capabilities Assessment which rates the IT capabilities of your business in the areas of sales and marketing, finance, operations, employee productivity and collaboration, and IT infrastructure!

As you can see, this provides an accurate benchmark of how your company measures up and also the survey average...
