Tech Support Tag...

I get a LOT of email. Most of the email is asking for support or guidance or how to find something. An astounding amount of that email is also repetitive. So I have added a new Tag called "Tech Support" to the blog and will start answering email question in my blog so the information becomes more discoverable. I will start pointing people out to my blog for recurring questions and will just update the blog posts as needed.
