执行混合配置向导之后，Exchange 2013 ECP登陆错误，错误500 Unexpected Error

在Exchange 2013 SP1和Exchange Online之间执行混合配置向导之后，发现无法登陆OWA/ECP页面，报错如下图：

当查看事件日志时，发现错误事件 Event ID 4，有以下报错内容：

Exchange 2013 (CU6 or 8) 中的混合配置向导可能会引起一些改变，这些改变发生在以下路径下的CAS文件夹和文件：

"c:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\ecp\DDI"

这个文件的名称是 “RemoteDomains.xaml” ，变更的信息可能会引起ECP登陆失败并提示前面出现的500报错。
