Exchange Online通过DirSync同步本地用户之后，更改邮件地址报错 "The operation on mailbox failed 'FirstName LastName' because it's out of the current user's write scope"

Exchange Online通过AD目录同步工具同步本地用户之后，在做Exchange 混合部署过程中，我们可能需要调整Online邮箱的额外邮件地址，这时我们可能会遇到以下报错：

"The operation on mailbox failed "FirstName LastName" because it's out of the current user's write scope. The action 'Set-Mailbox', 'EmailAddresses', can't be performed on the object <FirstName LastName> because the object is being synchronized from your on-premises organization. This action should be performed on the object in your on-premises organization."

分析:

通过Active Directory Users & Computers工具来修改“proxyAddresses”参数。

解决方案:

1). 打开Active Directory Users and Computers工具

 

 

2). 点击"View," 确保"Advanced Features" 勾选

 

 

3). 找到这个用户，双击查看属性

4). 找到"Attribute Editor" 选项卡

5). 点击"Filter" 和 "Show only attributes that have values" 来快速查看到有值的列

6). 找到参数 "proxyAddresses" 并且点击 "Edit"

 

 

7). 稍作调整，格式为 smtp:<alternate email address>  表示额外的地址，格式 SMTP:<primary email address> 表示主要邮件地址，以大小写的smtp来区分。

 

 

8). 点击 "OK" 来保存编辑器的修改，再次点击"OK" 保存对这个用户的修改。

如果想要这个用户的信息立刻同步到Exchange Online中，那么我们可以手动完成同步或者 在DirSyncConfigShell中运行命令"Start-OnlineCoexistenceSync“
