Hello Readers/Viewers!

I realize it has been a looooooong time since I posted, but I am back in the saddle again, and I hope to be just as active as I was previously.

To get things rolling, I thought I would post a video I created this week to demonstrate Admin Onboarding to our Server and Cloud Demo and Learning Environment. The Admins in this case are our technical field sales staff. These are the folks working hard to show you (the customer) everything Microsoft has to offer in the Datacenter and Optimized Desktop world.

This process illustrates how my team manages all these fine folks, their hosts and their support.
