I am very please to announce some recent additions to the Opalis CodePlex site.

NOTE: The rest of this post is unchanged, and can be referenced for OIS 6.3.

I have been waiting a long time for the chance to recompile and repackage these Integration Pack objects. They have been dormant long enough. It is time to see if they can regain their former glory.

As they are CodePlex releases, they fall into that “no warranty, no support, use at your own risk” category, but for those of you trailblazing with Opalis, you may just find something useful here.

Let’s get to it!

You all know about the existing, Integration Pack for Standard OIS Logging. In fact, some of you have downloaded it and tried it out.

Keeping with the theme of extending OIS, I am adding to the collection with three more IPs:

• Integration Pack for Text Manipulation
• Integration Pack for MSSQL Tasks
• Integration Pack for Windows Tasks

Don’t let the names fool you, there is some exciting stuff to be found! Be sure to at least check out the documentation.

In fact, you may find a diamond or two in the rough inside, “MSSQL Tasks”… Would you like to make your OIS Variables, actually Variable? How about generate XML from SQL?

Either way, I just thought I would let you know that our Opalis CodePlex content continues to grow…
