8 Minute Demo – .NET Scripting Object – C#

Good Morning Readers/Viewers!

I decided to dive a little deeper today and provide a more “technical” demonstration for this, the latest addition to the “8-Minute-Demo Video Series”.

In this video you will see how useful the “.NET Script Object” is and how it enables advanced workflow (databus) data manipulation.

This object only currently supports .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.0.

At this point, to execute .NET Framework 4.0 scripts/code, you would have to build a compiled program with a Web Service or CLI, which could be called via OIS.

    Hi !

I'm having trouble of running .Net 4.0 scripts. I'm getting: "This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8013101B)". Referencing System.dll from Framework/v4.0…. folder doesn't help…

Is it even possible to run .Net Framework 4.0 scripts with .Net scripting ?

Hi, how do you write something more complex with classes, public static void Main etc…
