Powershell released to the web, and customers using Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1 Beta 2

I was just catching up on my reading on the CanITPro blog and noticed a couple of interesting posts from Rodney:

"Windows PowerShell is Microsoft's new command-line shell and scripting language designed specifically to improve the manageability of Windows and products running on Windows such as Exchange Server 2007."

If you come out to the launch event you'll get a change to see PowerShell in action as we work with our Exchange 2007 server.

As you may have read previously, Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1 Beta 2 is available for download from https://connect.microsoft.com.  Rodney recently had the chance to talk with Mark Seniow a consultant and proprietor of SM Internet Solutions Inc., an IT Consulting Firm located in Richmond Hill, Ontario about his use of Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP 1 Beta 2 in virtualizing a Small Business Server (SBS) environment.

If you are considering Virtual Server, take a look at the interview, and if you are using the beta, let us know by leaving a comment, and you could be the next feature on the CanITPro blog.

Enjoy,

Barnaby
