Most IT shops are looking to deliver greater value while decreasing overall costs and cloud computing is being seen as one way to accomplish that. That’s why I’m so excited to be hosting a panel webcast, in partnership with itSMF Canada, next Thursday, December 9 from noon – 1pm EST ( register here ) about the impact that cloud computing is having and is likely to have on IT as we know it today.

  • Jon Platt, from Manulife, the customer who is implementing the private cloud solution;
  • John White, from Second Foundation Intelligence, a Microsoft Partner who is implementing Business Intelligence solutions for customers based on online services from Microsoft; and
  • Matt French, from Service-now.com who make and sell a Software-as-a-Service (Saas) solution for IT service management.
