SMB Inside Sales Specialist

Microsoft Small & Medium Business team is looking for inside sales specialist. We need a talented and highly motivated candidate to drive our growth in SMB segment.

The SMB Inside Sales Specialist is an entry-level sales position with a clear career path within Microsoft. This is a revenue-driving role implying base salary and monthly bonus depending on achieving several goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio of existing customers and develop new accounts in SMB segment via phone
  • Actively promote Microsoft products, solutions, and services, drive customer awareness on licensing options and benefits of genuine software use
  • Research account infrastructure, identify business needs, generate interest, create and develop sales leads by cold calls to profiled customer database
  • Build and develop initial customer relationships, solve customer issues, engage Microsoft resources to meet customer needs as necessary
  • Maintain current and accurate information within internal databases
  • Ensure proper territory management, meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competitors
  • Cooperate with business partners, closely collaborate with partner account managers, solution sales professionals, licensing specialists, and interact with other relevant sales and marketing teams

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree either technical or economics
  • Demonstrated understanding of solution selling techniques and selling software solutions to SMB customers
  • Strong presentation and communication skills including clear and concise verbal and written business communication
  • Proactive, strong drive for results and customer focus
  • Ability to learn fast, ready to permanent personal and professional self-development
  • Experience in direct or indirect sales with proven results is an advantage
  • Technical background is an advantage
  • Native Russian, intermediate English (fluent English is an advantage)

Office 365 SMB Presales Specialist

Microsoft Small & Medium Business team is looking for Microsoft cloud offer Office 365 presales specialist. We need a talented and highly motivated candidate to drive the newest technology and general paradigm shift from on-premise software usage to in-cloud software services consumption.

The Office 365 SMB Presales Specialist is an entry-level technical sales position with a clear career path within Microsoft. This is a revenue-driving role implying base salary and monthly bonus depending on achieving several
goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Office 365 championing in SMB customer segment, primarily commercial. Work in a close cooperation with PTA supporting partners, and SSP and TSP servicing CAM and EPG customers
  • Generate leads by cold calls to profiled customer database
  • Develop sales leads uncovered by AMs, Tiger tele-assist
  • Generate opportunities in self-service customers who are proactively seeking of contact with MS representative. This can be leads received from MS Infocenter, contact request forms on SMB web-site, etc.
  • Develop sales leads uncovered during DM and events. Demonstrate product features and capabilities
  • Primarily customer contact mechanism is phone call with online demonstration through Lync
  • Drive positive customer experience with the product through effective use of Office 365 trials
  • Drive product awareness through participation in SMB Microsoft & partner-led events
  • Drive Office 365 revenue though purchase seats activation at existing customers
