Exclusive: The first public Identity Lifecycle Manager 2007 CLM training event!
Hey - interested in participating in a course that was previously only available to internal Microsoft employees and TAP members? I got wind of this offer from Paul and Brian in an email recently and it looks like quite the course! Space will be limited, check out the details below for more information. In case you aren't familiar with the technology - ILM is a policy and workflow driven identity assurance management system. In plain English: it manages the lifecycle of network accounts and digital certificates / smartcards. If digital certificates and smart card issuance is something that your company is looking at implementing or if you're looking for a better way of doing it - this course is for you!
It's going to be an instructor lead 4 day course delivered for the first time in the world - right here in Canada! Spots are going to be limited and it's a first come first served basis. I'm going to see if I can get Paul or Brian to talk a bit more about their development of the course and share some stories about deploying this technology in the field with customers.

IdentIT Inc. is pleased to invite you to attend the world’s first public offering the ILM 2007 CLM course. IdentIT Inc. developed this training course under contract to Microsoft in order to train internal Microsoft employees on how to design, deploy, and support the ILM 2007 CLM component. Now for the first time, you can attend the same training that has been delivered to internal Microsoft employees, TAP members, and selected ILM 2007 partners.
When: November 13th through November 16th, 2007. The training will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please plan on arriving no later than 8:30 AM on the first day.

Cost: $2000.00 CAD plus 6% Goods and Services Tax per student

The course will be delivered by Paul Adare and Brian Komar, the two principals behind IdentIT Inc. and the authors of the course. Paul and Brian bring a wealth of real world experience with CLM to the classroom and the feedback from students from previous private deliveries has been outstanding.

Accommodations
Microsoft’s Canadian Head Office is located close to the Lester B. Pearson International Airport (airport code YYZ) in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. There are a number of hotels close to the airport and to the office. If you have any questions about hotel accommodations, please send an email to ilm.training@identit.ca.
Transportation
Transportation to and from your hotel will not be provided. Public transit is not the best in the area so you will either need to rent a car or take a taxi.
Last Day of Class
We expect the class to run until 4:00 or 4:30 PM on the last day so if you don’t want to miss any of the training please plan your return flight accordingly.
