Calling all students!

Are you a student?  Are you looking for a challenge?  Do you think you have what it takes to win the cup?  No not the Stanley Cup (although that would be cool too), the Imagine Cup!

Time is running out to get yourself registered and finish round one of the Imagine Cup IT Challenge.  The first challenge is an online quiz that should take about 30 mintues and you can take it as many times as you like.  The top scores world wide will be chosen to participate in round 2, which will be a case study submission and from there the top 8 will get flown to the Imagine Cup finals in Seoul, South Korea with the winner taking home $8000 of those slightly more valuable US dollars!

If you think you have what it takes, are a student (sorry, you have to be 18 as well) then head over to the Imagine Cup webpage, register and prove yourself.  There have been many Canadians who have made it to the second and final round, and even some Canadian winners!  Why not add yourself to that list?

And if you are a student in Computer Sciences, graphic design, multi-media, programming you should check out the Competition Overview as there are eight other categories you can enter as well!

When you've registered (or if you already have) drop me an email (link at the top of the page) and let me know.  I'd love to track your progress and see how our own "Team Canada" is doing 🙂
