Looking for a Knowledge Base Article?

When I was a system administrator I found it a struggle to locate knowledgebase articles in a fast effecient manner.  Well I just came across this little nugget about Live Search.

"We are happy to announce that the Support Knowledge Base is now over 99.5% indexed.  MSDN Library, MSCOM Downloads, and MSDN/TechNet Forums are also now fully indexed."

What does this mean?  Well if you are looking for information in a knowledgebase article, the MSDN library, the Microsoft Community forums, you'll find it on Live Search much easier than ever before!

    Of course, putting:

    "site:support.microsoft.com <search criteria>"

into Google has (and continues to be) the most effective way to search the Microsoft knowledge base.  Indexing does not equal relevancy.
