Okay, this wasn’t planned but after my last
post I checked out the blog of one of my colleagues: Barnaby Jeans and he has just

. In the last post I had a little bit of a rant about companies not investing
in their employees and their development, so here is a chance for all you
managers out there (and anyone else who is interested) to get hold of a great
