MMMUG UK (Microsoft Messaging and Mobility UK)

Last night I went along the MMMUG meeting which was organised by Nathan and held at our MS Office in London. I will be following up on the questions raised as soon as I can.

Firstly, I would like to thank Nathan for creating the UK Exchange User Group and inviting Greg and I down to discuss a whole manner of things in and around Ex2003 and Ex2007. Eileen has done a sterling job in gathering momentum from a Microsoft perspective.

The broad spectrum of Exchange Admins \ Users ranging from small to enterprise level was fantastic and it was great to see knowledge sharing from all parties. You can read here that I did actually commit myself to get to as many of these meetings as I can.

If your reading this in the UK and would like to join the community then go here Not sure where the next meeting will take place, likely to be either at MSN or here at TVP, but I'm sure Nathan will get that sorted soon.

I can't promise anything ;) and Nathan doesn't know this yet, but my proposition for upcomings meetings are:

  1. Microsoft Forefront and general security discussions.
  2. I'll persuade a current UK CPR engineer to come along and explain and give examples as to why troubleshooting is done the way it is.
  3. More Ex2007 stuff... whatever that may be and you ask for..!
