Office 2010 is here

So some of the big news last week was the General Availability of Office 2010 for consumers, Office 2010 had been released previously to volume licensing customers.  Office 2010 in all flavors (Home & Student, Home & Business, Pro Plus, etc.) is now out an available and there are many reasons to make the move.  64-bit Office, Power Pivot, Office Web Apps, the list goes on, Office 2010 is a major upgrade that can help consumers and businesses alike improve their productivity across the PC, phone and browser.   The Office 2010 experience is available for your Windows mobile phone with Office 2010 Mobile Apps and through your browser with the Office Web Apps on Windows Live SkyDrive.   Office 2010 Mobile Apps can be found by searching for “Office Mobile 2010” in the Marketplace of your Windows phone.  Office Web Apps are accessible with your Windows Live ID on Windows Live at https://office.live.com.

Some of you have gotten the opportunity to to come out to our recent TechNet events in the East Region.  On a recent visit to Pittsburgh, I did an interview with the Pittsburgh Post Gazette on the release of Office 2010 just prior to its release, highlighting some of the reasons to go to Office 2010.  The video of this interview can be found here.  Enjoy!
