StatRow uses Azure cloud services to let parents and fans stay in touch with their favorite teams!

Youth sports schedules have become increasingly demanding and it can be difficult for parents to keep up with their children’s hectic schedules. It simply isn’t possible for every parent to attend each child’s game or event, but with D.J. McDuffie’s new application StatRow you never have to miss another play. StatRow allows users to track scores as well as upload game videos and pictures, write short messages about the game and provide updates of the most recent score or play. With StatRow, fans near and far can follow game stats and request in-depth game detail from other users – all in real time.

A BizSpark member, StatRow has leveraged the Azure cloud services platform using Mobile Services, Storage, Visual Studio and SQL Database. StatRow uses Mobile Services to store data in the cloud, authenticate users, process scheduled jobs, send emails, and send push notification to their applications – all in an attempt to increase the quality and usability of their product. Supporting the broadest selection of operating systems, programming languages, frameworks, tools, and databases, Microsoft Azure’s cloud storage has provided StatRow with a storage solution for pictures, logos, videos, and other resources their application and users generate. StatRow also employs Microsoft’s Visual Studio and SQL Database to gain cloud repository for their code and a relational database to store all the data for their applications. Microsoft technologies continue to enable StatRow to make smarter decisions, provide improved customer service and new business possibilities from Azure’s structured, unstructured and streaming Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities.

As the future of remote mobile sports updates, StatRow’s relationship with Microsoft has allowed them to keep their applications simple and inexpensive. Check out StatRow's revolutionary app to ensure you will never miss another game, or even another play!

CEO DJ McDuffie says it all, “StatRow is changing the way you share youth and high school sports moments.”
