Co-Founder.

What did you do before creating your company?

Gilles was a Serial entrepreneur and Bruno was the CEO of OgilvyOne & OgilvyInteractive for the French market.

It is good to get recognized by a company that is a key partner for you.

What is your company’s mission?

Providing easy to use dashboard for marketers.

Captain Dash is a one stop shopping solution, in a SaaS mode, that aggregates anything that contributes to the purchase decision.

How did you get the idea for your company?

Talking together.

Tell us about your funding history. Are you currently looking for funding? If so, how much?

We raised a Series A with a VC.

How many employees do you have? How many developers?

24 employees and 20 developers.

Are you hiring?If yes, what are you hiring for and where?

We are hiring big data experts and HTML 5 Ninjas.

Which platform are you building on?Why?

We are taking the best of the NOSQL and RDMS world to build our own architecture that allows us to process, store, and query high volumes of data in real time.

We are using Hadoop and SQL, and we host our solution in the Windows Azure cloud platform.

Advanced interface and visualization using HTML 5.

Where do you see opportunities today in the Software/Internet area?

At the crossing of 3 worlds: Rich Interface application, Business Intelligence and Open Data, where we stand.

What do you think about the BizSpark Program?

It’s efficient and made in a very good startup spirit.

Do you have any advice for young Software entrepreneurs?

The 3 rules : Think product, think product and think product.

Who’s your role model?

Bernard Liautaud, the business object founder “we had a plan and we did it”.
