Tell us who you are and your role in the company:

I’m a moderate geek. I’m the CEO.

What did you do before creating your company?

I worked in a telecommunications company in Brazil.

How do you feel being the most promising ‘Startup of the Day’ per Microsoft BizSpark?

I feel great to have my work seen and referenced. It´s good to be in Brazil and be a model for other innovative companies, in such an enviroment where innovation is starting being encouraged and invested.

What is your company’s mission?

My company’s mission is to make e-commerce popular between small and medium companies.

How did you get the idea for your company?

We were software developers, and after various clients came to us with the same problem, we thinked about a solution, studied the market, prepared a business plan and implemented it.

Tell us about your funding history. Are you currently looking for funding? If so, how much?

Yes. In fact, after three years after the beginning of the project, it’s ready and we’re trying to find an angel investor or a venture capital company to invest and help us develop the sales. We need US$ 250.000 to sell our platform’s services in large scale. It is important to say that, without this large scale sales, in last year we reached US$ 60.000 in gross income with this platform.

How many employees do you have? How many developers?

We have 8 employees, 4 developers.

Are you hiring? If yes, what are you hiring and where?

We’re not hiring right now.

Which platform are you building on? Why?

We develop using Microsoft .Net. We chose productivity.

Where do you see opportunities today in the Software/internet area?

In Brazil, building apps on top of social networks is a good idea.

What do you think about the BizSpark Program?

It’s an essential program for startups.

Do you have any advice for young Software entrepreneurs?

Believe in your dream, but being skeptical at the same time, and plan hard before doing. Stay out of the crowd, be different.
