An offer is coming...

On Friday after my interview (which was on Monday), I heard from the recruiter that they wanted to make an offer.  I must admit, I was pretty excited, but I've been through this before, so I will hold off.

Cody Horton, the recruiter, asked a little about my current compensation (stock, base, bonus, etc.) and said they would get back to me early the following week.  This is positive because it seems to indicate that they are going to make an effort to actually entice me rather than give me a take it or leave it offer.
