Grow Efficiently – Part 1
This solution area is about helping customers grow and adapt to changing business environments – and at the same time improving efficiency and getting the most out of their IT investments.
After attending this course you will understand:
· How to deploy on-premises virtualization solutions with Windows Server 2012 R2 and Hyper-V while providing SMB’s with tactical guidance and services needed implement a virtualized infrastructure
· The tools and technologies that are available to partners when executing migration off of legacy platforms while providing tactical guidance to SMB customers as they migrate applications and services to Hyper-V or Azure IaaS
· How to deploy Windows Server 2012 R2 Active Directory in various migration scenarios including migration from a Windows Server 2003 domain infrastructure
· How to deploy Azure VMs (IaaS) and integrate those VMs with on premises services with minimal change to on-premises infrastructure
· How to implement cost effective, durable, and scalable storage solutions using the Microsoft Storage Stack on industry standard hardware.
