MS06-049 Re-Released to Fix a Known Issue

MS06-049 has been revised and re-released for Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 to address a known issue on Windows 2000 SP4. After installing the original version of security update 920958 (MS06-049) on a computer that using NTFS file system compression, compressed files larger than 4 kilobytes (KB) may be corrupted when creating or updating the files. If you have downloaded the update prior to September 26th, 2006 please download it again to make sure you have the newest version.
