This instructor-led online webinar explains the concept of AOS or AX client application crash for Dynamics AX, and what you can do to quickly and effectively remediate the situation. The first part of the webinar focuses on the symptom of a crash issue, the difference between a kernel hotfix and an application hotfix. The second part prepares you with the necessary tools for logs collection in the event of a crash incident. To identify the cause and get a fix: you can either leverage the self-help analysis script hosted by our LCS web site, or choose to escalate to Microsoft support team for post-mortem analysis. After attending the webinar, you are expected to understand the general workflow to troubleshoot a crash incident, and a quick self-help analysis tool to remediate the situation.
