This was released recently: Microsoft Script Explorer for Windows PowerShell helps scripters find Windows PowerShell scripts, snippets, modules, and how-to guidance in
online repositories such as the TechNet Script Center Repository, PoshCode, local or network file systems and Bing Search Repository.

Available in print or E-Book, I really like the Sapien Powershell "TFM" book. I keep a link right on my desktop and pop it open frequently when i need a little help or inspiration.

One other great reference and tool is the Powershell Survival Guide.

Oh, and don't get too comfortable... Powershell V3 is coming. This will bring some amazing new capabilities to scripting on the Windows platform. See these links for New Features, and Articles.
