KB: SQL scripts to install or upgrade the App-V 5.0 SP3 Management Server database fail

KB73343332

You may be unable to install or upgrade the Microsoft App-V 5.0 Service Pack 3 (App-V 5.0 SP3) Management Server database if you use SQL scripts that were obtained by using the method that is documented in the "Support for Microsoft SQL Server clustering" section of the following Microsoft TechNet article:

Planning for High Availability with App-V 5.0

This issue occurs because the scripts listed below reference the SchemaChanges table and this table is no longer used in App-V 5.0 SP3:

- InsertVersionInfo.sql
- Permissions.sql

For all the details regarding this issue as well as a work around, please see the following:

KB3031340 - SQL scripts to install or upgrade the App-V 5.0 SP3 Management Server database fail (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3031340)
