Oulook 2010 - Identifying the mails sent to you in TO or in CC using color
How many times you receive mails that you thought can be easily identify mails which were sent to you in TO field and marked to you in CC...so that you can read the ones with you in TO on priority to those in CC.
Outlook allows you to organize the mails and color them based on who sent it or what word the mail had or if you were in TO or CC or explicitly to you etc.
This was available in Outlook 2007 under Organize option...but it is really difficult to search this option in Outlook 2010.
So I have created a doc that allows you to set this option in Outlook 2010............
