Shared with dialog doesn't load completely for Custom lists in Sharepoint

When we click "Shared with" dialog to share a custom list to users, it doesn't load completely. We could only see "EMAIL EVERYONE" and the other options such as "ADVANCED LINK" doesn't show up.

This issue happens only for the custom lists in Sharepoint and not for document library. Also, this happens after the installation of DEC 14 CU and later.

This issue is fixed in April 15 CU.
