State of Texas Adopts Office 365 for Greater Communication, Collaboration

Everything truly is bigger in Texas. The state recently announced that more than 100,000 employees will adopt Office 365, an always up-to-date cloud productivity service that provides anywhere access to email, calendars, office web apps, instant messaging, conferencing and file sharing.

This is the biggest statewide deployment of email and collaboration services in the nation, and will provide enhanced security and privacy while helping the state save money by moving to the cloud.

Office 365 is already making a difference for Texas state agencies, including the Health and Human Services System, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Motor Vehicles, the Department of Information Resources, and the Department of Insurance.
