Group policy setting to uncheck the option "Automatically recover from page layout errors with Compatibility View" .

I have seen couple of  users request on how to configure "Automatically recover from page layout errors with Compatibility View"
using group policy .

 

We can configure "Automatically recover from page layout errors with Compatibility View"  setting using Group policy preference registry wizard .

 

1) Create a new Registry Key as follows:

Key Path: Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\BrowserEmulation
Value Name: AutomaticLayoutRecovery
Value Type: Reg_Dword
Value Data: 0 ( to disable the setting)

 

2) Using Group policy preference registry wizard configure AutomaticLayoutRecovery  registry setting .
